David Theobald, DNP, MSN, RN, NE-BC, is a nurse executive and three-time healthcare
entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in clinical care, staffing, and workforce
innovation. He is the founder and CEO of Davin Healthcare, the first nurse-founded, employee-
owned MSP ESOP in the U.S. Under his leadership, Davin has developed technologies that
streamline supplemental staffing and support academic-clinical partnerships. He holds a Doctor
of Nursing Practice from Baylor University, specializing in nurse leadership and innovation.
