20 years of progressive healthcare management experience including inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings. Carlos started his business in 2012 in the information management space and grew the start up to $40 million dollars in annual revenues before selling it to a venture capital firm. He is a respected leader for building and managing high performance accountable teams, while maintaining a passion for patient focused services. Carlos has a strong ability to integrate technology and process improvement in reducing costs and increasing value. He has a strong blend of analytical skills and interpersonal aptitude. Carlos obtained a Master’s of business administration from the Braniff School of Management at the University of Dallas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
